Please read all of the following terms carefully before using this platform. Opening an account or using services on hdaje means you have agreed to these terms.
1 General Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hdaje platform and all of its services. hdaje is a safe and reliable online entertainment platform designed for users in Bangladesh.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and hdaje. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service means you have accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines.
hdaje reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified appropriately of any significant changes. However, it is the user's own responsibility to check this page on a regular basis.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
hdaje services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. When registering an account, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- Each person may open only one account.
- You must create an account on your own behalf and using your own information.
- Managing an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
- Providing false information will result in the account being immediately suspended or closed.
2.2 Identity Verification
hdaje reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently restricted.
The identity verification process is carried out for security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming assurance. All information is kept secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3 Account Security & Responsibility
Maintaining the security of your hdaje account is entirely your responsibility. Always keep your login details, password, and verification codes confidential.
- You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the hdaje support team immediately.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is prohibited.
- hdaje will not be liable for security breaches caused by the user's own negligence.
If unusual activity is detected on an account, hdaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend that account in the interest of security.
4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Conditions
The approved methods for depositing funds on hdaje are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
- You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
- Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the law.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus are met — see Section 5 for details.
All transactions on hdaje are secured by SSL encryption. Safe transactions are guaranteed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
hdaje offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity.
- hdaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonuses are issued only in relation to real money deposits — bonuses earned from bonuses are not valid.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the account being closed and funds being confiscated.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
6.1 General Game Terms
All games on hdaje are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to learn them before starting a game.
- If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, hdaje reserves the right to cancel or replay that round.
- For games interrupted due to software errors or network issues, hdaje will provide a resolution in accordance with the applicable policy.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any form of artificial advantage is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Special Sports Betting Terms
Placing bets in the sports betting section is subject to the rules of the designated market. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or its rules change, hdaje will settle bets in accordance with established industry standards.
In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, hdaje's decision will be considered final. hdaje reserves the right to accept or reject bets.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hdaje platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in the account being closed and all funds being confiscated:
- Using the platform for money laundering or the processing of illegal funds.
- Fraudulent activity, manipulation of any kind, or collusive play.
- The use of bots, scripts, or automated systems.
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or a family member.
- Attempting to hack, cyber-attack, or technically interfere with the system.
- Rude behaviour or harassment toward hdaje staff or other users.
- Misusing the hdaje name, logo, or identity to deceive third parties.
8 VIP Program & Special Benefits
hdaje has a five-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback and other special benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
VIP tier upgrades depend on regular and active participation on the platform. hdaje reserves the right to modify VIP benefits. Cashback is credited to the account each week, subject to applicable conditions being met.
9 Responsible Gaming

- Users can set deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits on their own accounts.

- If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
- In accordance with a directive from any regulatory or law enforcement authority.
11.2 User Rights
You may request to close your account at any time. All pending wagering requirements must be met before closure, and any eligible balance may be withdrawn. Contact our support team to request account closure.
12 Limitation of Liability
hdaje will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hdaje's total liability will never exceed the total amount you deposited in the three months prior to the event in question.
hdaje is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server issues, disruption of third-party services, or problems with the user's own device. However, we always strive to maintain the highest standard of service.
13 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer service team first. hdaje endeavours to resolve all legitimate complaints quickly and fairly.
- After a complaint is submitted, our team will investigate and respond as soon as possible.
- For significant disputes, a decision will be made after considering the arguments of both parties.
- hdaje's decision in all dispute resolutions will be considered final, but is made in good faith.

Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. The intellectual property of content from third-party game providers belongs to the respective providers.
15 Changes to Terms & Contact
